In the event that a faculty member believes a student has violated the Academic Integrity Policy, the faculty member should notify the student of the allegation, confer with the student over the allegation, and thirdly, report the outcome of the allegation to the Office of Student Rights and Responsibilities.

First: Notify the student of your intent to proceed with an Academic Integrity violation.
Second: Schedule Faculty-Student Joint Conference with the student.
Third: Report an alleged Academic Integrity Violation to the Office of Student Rights and Responsibilities.
Fourth: Hearing – If disagreement between faculty and student exists concerning the allegation, a Hearing will be conducted.
Fifth:  Appeal – Based on the outcome of the Hearing, an Appeal may be made.
